Wool-to-Wool offers a 100% money-back guarantee on our flawless first-quality carpets. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your new wool carpet, please contact us for return instructions. Please note that cutting or altering the carpet in any way will void this offer, as we can only accept returns in their original condition.

Second-Quality Warranty

We purchase our carpets directly from the manufacturer. A carpet is marked “second” based on one of the following three conditions:

1. A flawless carpet that has not sold after a certain period of time;
2. A flawless carpet whose color, pattern, etc. is no longer being produced;
3. A carpet with some minor flaws. While these carpets do not qualify as first-quality they are categorized as “usable” by the mill and are almost perfect.

To allow for the possibility of small defects on second-quality carpet, you may wish to add 5–10% to ensure that you are able to cut around any defects and install a perfect looking carpet.
